This Refund and Returns Policy (“Policy”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between the user (“User”, “you”, “your”) and Investment Point, a business entity having its principal place of business at 101, Madhav Complex, Patel Colony, Jamnagar – 361008, Gujarat, India (“Investment Point”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing, subscribing to, or
engaging with any of the services provided by Investment Point, you acknowledge
and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Policy.
1.
NO REFUND POLICY
1.1. All payments made by the User
in connection with any of the services offered by Investment Point, including
but not limited to subscriptions (digital or print), advertisements,
promotional content, sponsored articles, event bookings, or other related
services, are non-refundable.
1.2. Once a transaction is completed
and payment is received, such amount shall be deemed fully earned and shall not
be subject to refund, reversal, or adjustment, whether in whole
or in part, irrespective of service usage or early termination by the User.
2.
NO CANCELLATION POLICY
2.1.
All subscription services, whether digital or print, shall be non-cancellable
upon activation.
2.2. Bookings related to
advertisements, promotions, or sponsored content, once confirmed and accepted
by Investment Point, shall be final and binding,
and shall not be subject to cancellation by the User.
3.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE POLICY
3.1.
Notwithstanding Clauses 1 and 2 of this Policy, Investment Point may, at its
sole discretion, consider refund requests in the following exceptional
circumstances only:
a) Duplicate
Payment: Where the User is charged more than once for the same
transaction due to a technical error.
b) Failed
Transaction: Where the User’s account is debited, but the
corresponding service is not delivered or activated due to a system failure.
3.2. In order to be eligible for
consideration under Clause 3.1, the User must notify Investment Point in
writing within seven (7) working days of the
transaction date and must provide satisfactory evidence of the issue, including
but not limited to payment receipts, transaction reference numbers, and
relevant screenshots.
3.3. If a refund is approved under
Clause 3.1, it shall be processed to the original method of payment within ten
(10) to fifteen (15) business days from the date of
confirmation of refund eligibility by Investment Point.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This
Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic
of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with
this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
located in Jamnagar,
Gujarat.
Investment
Point
reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time without prior
notice. The revised version shall be effective from the date of publication on
our official website.
